It didn't happen 200 pounds lost. It could have IF I fought but I didn't. I gave up, got comfortable and turned to food again. I am back up 70 pounds again. I hate myself....again...but it comes and goes. I know on the other hand I have lost almost 130 pounds this year!!! HOLY CRAP! That's awesome?! Right?? Oh well.
You again are the ONLY one making the choices to get where you go. Choose wisely should be my motto for 2014.
Time to try AGAIN! This fight is battle for life. I will win tho. one step....one choice at a time.
